I tried this place out for the first time last week as I was running errands in the neighborhood. The food was very good -- I especially liked the pork in mustard sauce. It made for very a easy meal to keep at the work fridge, and then heat up for a quick, nutricious, and tasty lunch.
If you're looking for an easy, no brainer meal prep solution that is way healthy, I’d highly suggest looking into 1% Fitness! Had 1% Fitness as a guest at my wife’s work lunch. I was BLOWN AWAY that this food was as healthy and delicious being delivered in sealed containers.
Rob is such a nice guy and the food is great, tastes amazing and feels super healthy at the same time. Love the flavor and the amount of protein. It was reassuring to hear about how the plastic is BPA free and Rob recommended I throw my meal in a pan on the stove and it tasted great.
We’ve been ordering lunches for our office, and it’s been an amazing experience all around! The meals are not only healthy but genuinely delicious, which isn’t always easy to find. Best meal prep in Utah! Delicious high protein meals without driving all the way around town. Price is super competitive cheaper than eating out. Rob and his team kill it!
